Shipping

IKIGAI ships orders from Finland.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination within Finland.

Orders are prepared carefully and dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page. As production quantities are limited, dispatch timelines may vary.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping area

IKIGAI currently ships within Finland only.

Returns

Unworn and unused items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must be in their original condition.

Once the return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
